Agréable Maison à vivre de 93m2 avec sa belle terrasse et la piscine chauffée 7x3,5m avec plage idéalement située dans une petite rue très calme d'Andernos.
La plage, le port ostréicole et le centre-ville sont à 800m.
Tout se fait à pied...Un bonheur.
La piste cyclable est à 200m et 3 vélos sont à votre disposition.
Vous disposez d'une Grande terrasse bien exposée au sud/ouest et abritée donnant sur la piscine avec barbecue et plancha. Le tout dans un jardin bien paysagé et clôturé de 500m2.
Portail électrique et 2 places de parking à l'intérieur.
La maison comprend 3 chambres à lit double, dont 1 plus grande de 20m2 avec climatisation et 1 espace bureau.
1 salle de d'eau et 1 wc séparé.
